Lagos Convenes Stakeholders' Parley to Strengthen Implementation of 2052 Development Plan

The Lagos State Government, through the Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget, will on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, host a Stakeholders' Parley on the Implementation of the State’s Development Plan (LSDP) 2052 Initiatives as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen strategic planning and accelerate sustainable development across the State. The engagement will bring together key stakeholders from Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to review progress in the implementation of the State's long-term development agenda and reinforce collaboration towards achieving the vision of making Lagos Africa's model megacity. Lagos Residents get Govt’s Food, Cash Support

  ...commend  Initiative   Residents across Lagos State have commended the State Government’s social intervention programme following the latest phase of distribution of rice and cash support for vulnerable households. One of the beneficiaries, Ms. Olanrewaju Blessing from Kosofe Local Government Area, expressed gratitude after receiving support through the Lagos State Single Social Register (LASSR). According to her, after years of being enrolled on the register without benefiting from any intervention, she was recently contacted and invited to receive assistance. "I had almost lost hope, but I received a call informing me that I had been selected. Today, I am happy to receive this support," she said.
