LASG Expands Public Service Workspace by 19,525m², Pledges Sustained Infrastructure Maintenance

The Lagos State Government says it has expanded office accommodation for public servants by an additional 19,525 square metres to improve operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and reduce reliance on rented office spaces. The Special Adviser to the Governor on Works, Dr. Adekunle Olayinka, disclosed this on Monday during the 2026 Ministerial Press Briefing marking the third anniversary of the second term of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Deputy Governor Dr. Obafemi Hamzat at the Bagauda Kaltho Press Centre, Alausa, Ikeja. Olayinka said the administration remains committed to infrastructure-led development as a driver of economic growth, job creation, and improved living standards for residents.
