1.3km Amikanle Road Project Nears Completion as State Officials Visit Site
Officials from key Lagos State government departments have carried out a joint inspection of the newly completed Erelu Way/Dayo Eleku/Community Link Road in Amikanle, within Agbado Okeodo Local Council Development Area (LCDA). The 1.3-kilometre stretch, part of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s broader infrastructure renewal programme, is expected to enhance access, boost local economic activities, attract investment, and improve safety and connectivity for residents. The inspection was led by Arc. Awoyemi Yusuf, Deputy Director at the Project Implementation and Monitoring Unit under the Office of the Chief of Staff. He was joined by officials from the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, and the Centre for Rural Development (CERUD).
