Lagos to Host Maiden National Intermediate Games as Sanwo-Olu inaugurates Organising Committee

Youth Empowerment: 500 Graduates from Lagos Vocational Skill Centres, Govt Reaffirms Commitment

  The Lagos State Government, through the Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment, has reaffirmed its commitment to youth empowerment and economic development with the successful graduation of participants from the Technical, Vocational and Educational Training (TVET) Programme. The graduation ceremony, themed “Empowering the Youths: From Knowledge to Income,” marked the successful completion of a six-week intensive vocational training programme designed to equip participants with practical, entrepreneurial, and income-generating skills. A total of 500 youths were trained across five vocational fields, including computer and phone repair, photography and videography, graphic design, cosmetology, and mixology, as part of the State Government’s strategic efforts to reduce unemployment and promote self-reliance among young people. …National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria visit Centre The Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, has expanded his commitment to technology and youth empowerment with the building of the  Ojaja Artificial Intelligence (AI) Centre  at Ogombo, Ajah in Lagos State. The new AI hub, housed within the Ojaja Mall complex, integrates technology-driven retail, cinema, and innovation spaces designed to foster collaboration among young Nigerians and promote indigenous enterprise.
