Tinubu @ 74: Ambode Urges Continued Support as Mandate Group Offer Prayers
Former Governor of Lagos State, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode on Saturday, joined in the celebration - a prayer session, ahead of the 74th birthday of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, PBAT, organized by the Mandate movement.

Ambode urged party faithful and Nigerians not to deter
but keep faith with President Tinubu’s leadership and vision for the country,
underscoring the need for the nation’s unity and collective dedication to
ensure the success of the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda and the continued
progress of Nigeria.
The former Governor, speaking at the prayer session in
commemoration of the 74th birthday of PBAT at the Police College ground in
Ikeja, said he associated himself “totally and fully with the event” averring
to what President Tinubu has done and the “greater prosperity of Lagos still to
come from the continuation of Mr. President for second term.”
“We need a man with brave heart. We need continuity,
that’s where Lagos becomes more prosperous and other states also become more
prosperous,” Ambode said.
He appealed to all progressives to sustain their support
for the President, stressing that the task of rebuilding and repositioning
Nigeria requires collective effort, prayer and unwavering belief in the
leadership of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The event mounted as a political significance with the presence of Ambode captivated the atmosphere alongside the Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Dr. Mudashiru Obasa; Chief of Staff to Governor Sanwo-Olu and the South West Coordinator for Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA), Mr Tayo Ayinde; Cardinal James Odunmbaku a.k.a Baba Eto; Senator Ganiyu Solomon, members of the Governance Advisory Council, GAC; amongst other party chieftains and stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
