Wrestling Legend Hulk Hogan Passes On at 71

Wrestling Lengend, Hulk Hogan has died at the age of 71, following a sudden cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater, Florida, United States of America.

The news broke on Wednesday by the Clearwater police, who disclosed that emergency services were called to his residence but was later pronounced dead at Morton Plant Hospital.

Hogan, born Terry Gene Bollea, was one of the most recognizable figures in professional wrestling. With a career spanning nearly five decades, Hogan became a global superstar in the 1980s, leading the charge as the face of the then-World Wrestling Federation (now WWE). Known for his charismatic persona, signature bandana, and catchphrases like “Whatcha gonna do, brother?”, he transcended the sport, appearing in films, television, and endorsements.

Throughout his career, Hogan was a 12-time world heavyweight champion and a two-time inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame. He headlined multiple editions of WrestleMania and played a pivotal role in ushering professional wrestling into mainstream entertainment.

He gained international fame through his battles in the ring and roles in films like Rocky III and Suburban Commando, firmly establishing himself as both a sports and entertainment icon.

Hulk Hogan’s passing marks the end of an era—but the legend of the man who brought “Hulkamania” to life will live on in the hearts of millions around the world.

R.I.P Hulk Hogan.
