Leroy Sané Joins Galatasaray on Free Transfer After Bayern Exit

Galatasaray have confirmed the signing of Germany international Leroy Sané on a three-year contract, with the winger set to join the Turkish Super Lig champions as a free agent following his departure from Bayern Munich at the end of June.

The 29-year-old will officially link up with the Istanbul giants next month, ending a four-year spell with Bayern Munich.

Sané announced his farewell to Bayern fans in a heartfelt video posted on social media on Thursday, expressing gratitude for his time at the Bundesliga club.

During his time at Bayern, Sané made 220 appearances, scoring 61 goals and providing 55 assists in all competitions. He played a key role in a period of domestic dominance, helping the club win:

·         4 Bundesliga titles

·         DFL-Supercups

·         UEFA Super Cup

·         FIFA Club World Cup

Capped 70 times by Germany, Sané brings elite-level experience and attacking firepower to a Galatasaray side aiming to build on their recent domestic success and make a deeper impact in European competition.

Sané becomes one of the highest-profile signings in Turkish football in recent years, adding further star power to the Süper Lig ahead of the new season.
