Amazon Luxury Apartments Unveiled in Ilaro, Ogun State

… Ogun Deputy Speaker Commends firm for Investing in the State

In a bold move to reshape Nigeria’s housing landscape, the Nitanorm Group of Companies on Tuesday officially launched its flagship residential development—Amazon Luxury Apartments—in Ilaro, Ogun State. The unveiling ceremony was led by the Group's Chairman/CEO, Mr. Jerry Oluranti, in the presence of investors, dignitaries, royal fathers, community leaders, and prospective homeowners.

In his welcome address, Mr. Oluranti highlighted the company’s commitment to bridging the gap between luxury and affordability, a principle he described as “the heartbeat of everything we do.” He noted that Amazon Luxury Apartments was conceived to offer Nigerians—especially young professionals, small families, retirees, and real estate investors—access to homes that combine premium design, solid infrastructure, and financial accessibility.

“We are not just building structures, “We are building lives, the future, and legacy,” Oluranti said.

The Amazon Luxury Apartments development is equipped with modern amenities, high-quality finishing, and is strategically located to ensure convenience and comfort for its residents. The CEO emphasized that the project was designed to deliver more than just physical space—offering value, peace of mind, and long-term investment potential.

The event also marked a significant milestone for Nitanorm Investment Limited, the parent company, which is positioning itself as a rising force in Nigeria’s real estate and investment sector. According to Oluranti, the company plans to deliver over 500 housing units across Nigeria between 2025 and 2030, as part of its strategic expansion blueprint.

In addition, Nitanorm is set to launch a digital property market platform and pursue public-private partnerships to make homeownership more inclusive and accessible. “Our dream is national in scope, but our impact will remain deeply personal,” Oluranti said, reaffirming the company’s focus on community-centered innovation.

He called on government stakeholders to treat housing as a core policy agenda and urged landowners, sponsors, and investors to collaborate with Nitanorm in creating long-term value—not just for profit, but for people.

“Housing is not just a private concern—it is a public priority,” he added.

Oluranti expressed hope that the project would inspire further development in Ilaro, Yewa, and surrounding regions, catalyzing broader socioeconomic growth.

“Today is a milestone, but it is not our destination. With your continued support, we will build not just homes, but futures filled with purpose, dignity, and comfort,” he concluded.

The Deputy Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Hon. Bolanle Ajayi, commended the firm for investing in the development of Ilaro through the construction of high-quality residential infrastructure.

Hon. Ajayi expressed gratitude to Mr. Oluranti for choosing Ilaro—a town he does not reside in—as the site of such a significant project.

“I thank God for Mr. Jerry Oluranti. For someone who doesn’t live here to bring such a project to Ilaro shows his commitment to the growth of our community,” she said. “This is only the second time I’ve seen a project of this scale here, and I’m truly grateful.”

Hon. Ajayi also noted that the project’s launch during her tenure in the House of Assembly—and under the leadership of Barr. Ogunsola, Chairman of Yewa South Local Government—makes it a particularly proud moment for the community.
